31 September: Earlier this week, Fink attended the 40th anniversary Good Food Guide Awards in Brisbane. The team celebrated a number of triumphs including Chef Lennox Hastie taking out Citi Chef of the Year 2020 and Quay maintaining its three chef hat accolade for an unprecedented 18th year.
