If you have a cellar full of wine with ‘that’ bottle you’ve been saving to dust off, or simply a favourite drop, this winter, Fink invites you to bring your own wine as you dine at Beach Byron Bay, OTTO Sydney, OTTO Brisbane, and Quay.
With our award-winning sommeliers on hand to guide you and pair your wine to our menus, as you dine with some of Australia’s best views as your backdrop.
The opportunity wine enthusiasts have been waiting for – for a limited time, Quay is welcoming guests to bring along their best bottles to enjoy over weekend lunch. Available for guests dining on Executive Chef Peter Gilmore’s six- or eight-course menu, for minimum of four guests in main dining room, or minimum of eight in the private dining room.
Toast with famiglia and friends over your very own vino with BYO at OTTO Ristorante as you dine on Head Chef Will Cowper’s seasonal Italian à la carte menu. Available for lunch, Wednesday and Thursday, and dinner, Monday to Thursday. $35 corkage fee per bottle, one bottle per guest.
Winter is the perfect time to open that excellent Italian red you have been saving. Dine à la carte at OTTO with your own vino, available for all services until 31 August. $25 corkage fee per bottle, one bottle per guest.
For the month of June, bring your own wine to enjoy while dining at Beach Restaurant, beside the coastal calm of Clarkes Beach. $35 corkage fee per bottle, one bottle per two guests.
