Eno’s Story with Fink
Eno Chang has been a part of the Fink family for eight years. We take a look back on his wonderful story — from being in prime position on New Year’s Eve to experience the world-famous fireworks while working at Bennelong, to the fast-paced service of Sydney’s Italian institution OTTO — leading up to his pathway to permanent residency through Fink and the Premium Dining Labour Agreement, allowing him to continue his Australian journey.
