The Premium Dining Labour Agreement allows Fink to sponsor staff under a 482 visa, providing a pathway to apply for permanent residency with a fast-tracking status. Best of all, the agreement covers Chefs and Restaurant Managers, and an array of positions that were never able to be sponsored before, including Section Waiters and Sommeliers.
