What we are looking for
1+ year experience as a Commis chef or Demi Chef or Chef De Partie in a fine dining restaurant
Completion of an apprenticeship
Excellent knowledge of food and produce
A passion for Italian cuisine!
Good communication and organizational skills
Ability to prioritize and work well under pressure
Have full Australian working rights
Available to work nights and weekends
