Sommelier
Bennelong has been awarded Best Regional Wine List for Australasia for the second consecutive year in the World of Fine Wine’s Regional Category Awards.
The wine list features the very best of Australian and international wines: from some of Australia’s favourite labels through to wines from lesser-known boutique wineries. The list is contemporary and wide ranging, showcasing Australia’s diverse, high quality wine production and price points across the spectrum. Diners can expect to see household names from great vintages, alongside new up and coming producers who are taking our wine landscape forward.
What we are looking for
Two years or more experience as a sommelier in a fine dining restaurant
Fantastic knowledge of Australian wines
Detailed knowledge of food, beverages, and wine
WSET level 2, or CMS equivalent
Strong communication and organizational skills

Passionate about food, wine & hospitality
Self-motivated, professional, with a strong attention to detail
