In the spirit of a new decade, it’s time to leave your lunch al desko in the office and head to OTTO Brisbane for our new Pranzo Espresso Lunch Menu.
From February 3rd, enjoy a taste of OTTO’s renowned Southern Italian cuisine in a more succinct service, with two courses for $65 per person. Enjoy a selection of assaggi to share followed by a choice of pasta and inject a pop of Italian flavour into your day.
Pranzo Espresso Menu
Olives – Mixed Italian olives marinated in chilli, garlic, thyme, rosemary.
Yellow Fin Tuna Tartate – capers, caperberries, smoked eggplant, marsala cracker.
Stracciatella – Stracciatella, figs, culatello, melon, pistachios, balsamic.
Tagliolini – Long flat pasta, Moreton Bay bugs, cherry tomatoes, garlic, chilli, shellfish stock, lemon oil, basil.
Gnocchi – Potato gnocchi, braised lamb, roasted onion, confit garlic, gremolata, kale.
Pici Cacio e Pepe – Hand-rolled pasta, butter, pepper, walnut & basil pesto.
