What we are looking for
Experience in this role working in a fine dining establishment
Detailed knowledge of food, beverages, and wine
Excellent customer service skills|
Strong communication and organisational skills along with sound decision making
Ability to prioritise and work well under pressure
Hold a valid RSA
Have full Australian working rights
Available to work nights and weekends
