With celebrated Australian chef Peter Gilmore at the helm, Australian produce and wines take centre stage at Bennelong. Housed beneath the iconic sails of the Sydney Opera House, Bennelong serves to celebrate the extraordinary architecture and cultural significance of the people’s House, showcasing the flavour, diversity and quality of Australian produce.
By joining Bennelong, you are coming home to one of Australia’s leading restaurant groups, Fink.
Fink is; restaurants, events, celebration, food, family, excellence and innovation.
One of Australia’s leading restaurant groups, we redefine expectation and experience in the hospitality industry. We live to see our talented team succeed, grow and thrive and encourage personal and professional growth in every member of our community.
In September 2019, Bennelong’s wine program was transformed to focus on a completely Australian offering.
The wine list now features the very best of Australian wines: from some of Australia’s favourite labels through to wines from lesser-known boutique wineries. The list is contemporary and wide ranging, showcasing Australia’s diverse, high quality wine production and price points across the spectrum. Diners can expect to see household names from great vintages, alongside new up and coming producers who are taking our wine landscape forward.
With over 320 labels, it is a measure of ‘where we are at’ with Australian wine.
