What we are looking for
Minimum 12 months experience, ideally in a hatted, fine dining environment
Detailed knowledge of food and produce
Strong communication and organizational skills
Ability to prioritize and work well under pressure in a fast paced, high volume and high quality restaurant
Have full Australian working rights
Available to work nights and weekends
