1 year or more experience as a supervisor in a bar or restaurant environment
Experience leading a team of 4 or more people
Ability to create seasonal cocktails
Detailed knowledge of food, beverages, and wine
Excellent customer service skills
Good communication and organizational skills along with sound decision making
Ability to prioritize and work well under pressure
Hold a valid RSA
Have full Australian working rights
