4+ years of bartending experience
2+ years of management experience
Experience working in a fine dining, hatted environment is an advantage
Great knowledge of cocktails and a creative mindset – we like to change the menu often
Excellent customer service skills
Impeccable presentation
Strong communication and organizational skills
Ability to prioritize and work well under pressure
Hold a valid RSA
Have full Australian working rights
Available to work nights and weekends
