To celebrate the arrival of Spring, Bennelong will now open for Thursday lunch.

To mark the extra lunch service, Executive Chef Peter Gilmore and Head Chef Rob Cockerill have curated a special lunch menu, aptly named ‘The House Lunch’. The House Lunch will offer a choice of two options over a two ($85 per person) or three course menu ($100 per person). This special offer will be available on Thursday and Friday lunch only and run until the 30th of December.

The House Lunch menu will change regularly and feature dishes such as sashimi of yellowfin tuna, cultured cream, dashi grains, laver & roe and crisp confit duck kumquat & kampot pepper marmalade, black fungi, umeboshi. Dessert options includes Peter Gilmore’s new trifle made with salted caramel, prune jam & pecans and Lagavulin whisky ice cream.

The House Lunch menu available Thursday and Friday only, in addition to the Cured & Cultured menu, and Restaurant a la carte menu. Bennelong Bar will also be open for guests to walk on in from 12pm.
