As part of American Express Delicious Month Out, this is a rare opportunity to join Peter in Quay’s Green Room overlooking sparkling Sydney Harbour, for an exclusive masterclass followed by a three-course dinner. Learn the secrets of Quay’s award winning cuisine, over a glass of Australian sparkling and canapes, while Peter demonstrates three dishes from your menu.

The masterclass and dinner will be followed by a Q&A with Sam Jones, editor of Delicious. Wine pairings by Fink’s Group Wine Director, Amanda Yallop, will accompany each plate.

Bennelong

This March at Bennelong, guests will have the unique opportunity to dine on dessert for first, second, third and fourth course.

As part of Delicious Month Out, Bennelong will offer a showstopping dessert tasting menu for the entire month that features a parade of Chef Peter Gilmore’s signature dishes. Diners will have the opportunity to dip their spoon into an assortment of Bennelong desserts; beginning with tasting size versions of the decadently creamy crème caramel vs mille-feuille and cherry jam lamington, followed by the white peach Bellini before moving on to the signature pavlova.

An experience to tick off your dessert bucket-list, the four-course tasting menu will be available exclusively in the Bennelong Bar for $60 per person. Limited bookings accepted and walk-ins are welcome.

Firedoor 

As part of Delicious Month Out, Firedoor will be serving up the ultimate steak sandwich! A feast in and of itself, our signature steak will create a sandwich like no other. Consisting of a crusty sourdough roll from Pioik Bakery finished over the wood-fire, filled with bush tomato sauce, charred onions and the hero: Firedoor’s signature dry-aged beef.

Firedoor’s steak sandwich will be available for lunch only on Thursday 12th, Friday 13th, Thursday 19th, and Friday 20th March for $120 per sandwich. Deliciously decadent, the sandwich is big enough to share or indulge yourself.

OTTO Sydney 

Take a seat alongside the spectacular Woolloomooloo Wharf this March and enjoy a slice of the Amalfi Coast with OTTO’s new six course seafood menu.

Created exclusively for the American Express Delicious Month Out, the menu features favourites from spanner crab crostini to saffron linguine with Moreton Bay bugs and pepper crusted Hiramasa Kingfish. A perfect chance to enjoy sun-kissed days with friends, family or colleagues over a bounty of beautiful Australian seafood.
