    The Fink Group has worked with Cure Cancer for over 8 years on The Worlds Best BYO. The popular epicurean event gives guests the rare opportunity to break out their best bottle from the cellar and bring it along to the restaurant for the evening. Sydney’s top sommeliers rally to the cause and donate their time to tend to guests’ precious wines on the night.     Cambodian Children’s Trust

    Cambodian Children’s Trust

    Fink Group Creative Director John Fink partnered with Vittoria Coffee’s Rolando Schirato and infamous Aussie-Thai chef chef David Thompson to devise and sponsor a little restaurant in Battambang, Cambodia. With assistance from CCT and their team, Jaan Bai was born. Jaan Bai, which means rice bowl in Khmer, trains orphaned and disadvantaged youth in the art of hospitality, along with improving multi-language skills. The Fink Group continues to support the Cambodian Children’s Trust, along with the founding director Tara Winkler.

    Oz Harvest

    With our chefs, The Fink Group is proud to support Oz Harvest in their mission to eliminate hunger and food waste. Peter Gilmore, Lennox Hastie, Richard Ptacnik, Rob Kabboord and Rob Cockerill all work to support Oz Harvest by donning an apron for the CEO Cook Off, The Eat Think Save campaign and various other events throughout the year.
